Drop Day

Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

Drop Day - Music ("Drop Day", "we", "us") is made by Gareth Shannon. This policy explains what we collect when you use the app, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts or photos, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use it

Only to run Drop Day: to sign you in, show your clubs and drops, send the reminders you've asked for, work out stats, and respond to feedback. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your login, profile, ratings, chat messages and queued Drops straight away. Drops you already shared stay in the club's history so its record still makes sense, shown as "Former member" with nothing that identifies you. Reports about you or by you are kept, without your account attached, so we can deal with abuse.

Your choices

Security

Your information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access rules so that only you and your club members can see what's meant for them.

Children

Drop Day is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the account.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and for important changes we'll let you know in the app.
